Terms of service

1. General Conditions This website is operated by Julia Winkler (Entjuligung.Studio). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

2. Art & Handmade Nature Please note that all rugs are handmade art pieces. Small variations in color, size, and texture are a characteristic of the hand-tufting process and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices & Taxes All prices are final. According to the Austrian small business regulation (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG - Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is charged or displayed on the invoice. Shipping costs are extra and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Custom Orders (Commissions) For custom designs (Commissions), a deposit may be required. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. The customer is responsible for providing correct information/designs for the commission.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Geltungsbereich Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Online-Shop von Julia Winkler.

2. Handarbeit & Unikate Jeder Teppich ist ein handgefertigtes Kunstwerk. Geringfügige Abweichungen in Farbe, Form und Größe sind prozessbedingt und stellen keine Mängel dar.

3. Preise & Steuern Es gelten die Preise zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung. Aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben und nicht ausgewiesen.

4. Sonderanfertigungen (Commissions) Bei individuell nach Kundenwunsch gefertigten Produkten besteht kein Widerrufsrecht. Sobald die Produktion begonnen hat, ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich.

5. Rechtswahl & Gerichtsstand Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Wien.
