Handmade in Vienna: Most rugs are made-to-order. Please allow a 1-4 weeks lead time for production.

Shipping & Pickup: You can choose worldwide shipping or Free Local Pickup at my studio in the 5th district. You will be notified when your rug is ready!

Returns: As products are made specifically for you, all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. If you'd like to see a rug in person before buying, feel free to visit my studio by appointment.
