Shipping policy
1. Production & Lead Time As most of our rugs are handmade to order, please allow a production lead time of 1 to 4 weeks before dispatch. You will receive a notification as soon as your unique piece is ready to be shipped or picked up. Ready-to-ship items (if available) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Austria: Standard shipping (Austrian Post).

EU & International: We ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders (outside the EU), customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Free Local Pickup (Vienna) We offer free local pickup at our studio in the 5th district (1050 Vienna). If you choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready. Please contact us at bussi@entjuligung.com to arrange a pickup time.
4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Versandbedingungen
1. Herstellungsdauer: Da die meisten Teppiche erst auf Bestellung handgefertigt werden, beträgt die Lieferzeit in der Regel 1 bis 4 Wochen. Wir informieren dich, sobald dein Kunstwerk fertig ist. 2. Versandkosten: Die Versandkosten werden beim Checkout berechnet. Bei internationalem Versand außerhalb der EU können Zollgebühren anfallen, die vom Käufer zu tragen sind. 3. Kostenlose Abholung: Eine Abholung in unserem Studio im 5. Bezirk (1050 Wien) ist kostenlos möglich. Wähle „Abholung“ beim Checkout. Wir melden uns per E-Mail für eine Terminvereinbarung.
