Refund policy

1. Custom Orders & Commissions (No Returns) Please note that most of our products are handmade to order or custom-made commissions. According to EU law, these items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, all sales of custom-made rugs and commissions are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items For non-customized, ready-to-ship items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• To start a return, contact us at bussi@entjuligung.com.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht

1. Sonderanfertigungen (Keine Rückgabe) Die meisten unserer Produkte werden individuell auf Bestellung gefertigt. Gemäß § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG besteht bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikationen angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, kein Rücktrittsrecht. Alle Verkäufe von maßgefertigten Teppichen sind daher endgültig.

2. Sofort verfügbare Artikel Bei Artikeln, die nicht individuell angefertigt wurden, haben Sie das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.

• Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt die Käuferin / der Käufer.

3. Schäden und Fehler Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung sofort bei Erhalt. Falls ein Artikel beschädigt ist oder du ein falsches Produkt erhalten hast, melde dich bitte umgehend mit Fotos des Schadens bei uns.
